Description | ADB-PINACA is an emerging designer drug that has been found in synthetic cannabinoid samples. The molecule combines a 1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl (ADB) with a 1-pentyl-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (PINACA). It differs from AB-PINACA by the replacement of the iso-propyl group with a tert-butyl group. Very little is known about the pharmacological activity of ADB-PINACA in humans or other animals. |
